Refund Policy
This section describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy (our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights):
No cancellation charge until the day of the planned delivery.
If the skip is cancelled on the day of the planned delivery, Envirowayste will reimburse 50% of the paid price.
Orders must be cancelled by phone on 0844 844 0180 and an order cancellation number will be given as proof of cancellation.
No refund will be payable once the skip has been delivered to the delivery address.
